TeeOneShirt GuaranTee – We’ll Fix It. For Free.
At TeeOneShirt.com, we stand by the quality of every item we sell. If you don’t love it, we’ll fix it—for free. Here’s how our return and exchange process works:
What We Cover
- The product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong item, wrong size, or wrong print
- There is a clear printing issue or product quality problem
You must report the issue within 30 days of receiving the product and provide photo evidence of the problem.
What We Don’t Cover
- You ordered the wrong size (please refer to our sizing chart carefully)
- You changed your mind about the design, color, or product after ordering
- General dissatisfaction without a specific defect or issue
Due to the custom nature of each product (made-to-order just for you), we do not accept returns or exchanges for these reasons. We do not keep inventory and cannot resell returned items.
How to Request a Fix
- Email us at [email protected] with the subject line: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[YourOrderNumber]”
- Include photos of the item and describe the issue clearly
- We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with a resolution: a free reprint of your item, or a full refund to your original payment method
Refund Method
- Refunds are issued directly to the original payment method
- If you paid via PayPal or credit card, the refund will appear within 5–10 business days depending on your provider
Do I Need to Return the Item?
No. In most cases, you do not need to return the item. We trust you. Just show us the issue, and we’ll make it right.

- We reserve the right to decline refund or replacement requests that do not follow the above terms
