Yes, the payment is processed immediately. Initially, you may see it as a pending authorization on your account, but once the transaction is approved, it will appear as a confirmed charge on your statement.

Absolutely! You can request a brand-new custom design, or personalize any of the existing designs in our shop to match your preferences. Whether it’s changing the font, quote, or image, we’re happy to make adjustments. You can even send us your own design, and we’ll handle the printing and shipping according to your specifications.

If you realize that you’ve entered the wrong address and the shipment hasn’t been sent out yet, please email us immediately, and we’ll update it to the correct address. However, if the order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to resend it to the new address. To avoid any issues, please double-check your address before placing your order!

If you receive a faulty item, simply send us a clear picture of the product along with your order number. Should the item be defective or deteriorate after the first wash, we’ll happily send you a replacement free of charge. There’s no need to return the faulty item—just provide us with the photo, and we’ll take care of the rest!
